Brief Answer:
Humalog and Novolog are both rapid acting insulins.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for asking.

Humalog and Novolog are two diabetes medications.
Humalog is the brand-name version of insulin lispro, and Novolog is the brand-name version of insulin aspart.

These insulins are fast-acting insulins that start to work about 15 minutes after injection, peaks in about 1 hour, and keeps working for 2 to 4 hours.

My answer for you is: There are not many important differences between Humalog and Novolog Insulin. So, I don't think you will have problems with your diabetes control if you switch your Humalog with Novolog.

Anyway, please let me know if you have blood glucose fluctuations after the switch therapy and I will be happy to help.

Hope this information is helpful for you.
If you have other doubts, feel free to ask.
Best regards.
