No , it does not affect the heart. It just can cause tachycardia and extrasystola. Nothing to worry about.

I just mean like sometimes when i cry really bad it stops me from breathing abit plus my heart pounds alot too

1. It increases blood pressure
2. Makes heart beat faster, making your heart pound
3. Crying for longer duration does make you take longer breaths and occasionally missed breathing
