Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your history, query and the picture.
As per the history you have provided this is a wound post removal of cyst, taking Keflex, anti-inflammatory, warm compresses, hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin locally - wants to know how to treat for proper and fast recovery - wound is about 1/4 th inch - 2 days old .
The wound shows oozing.
I hope, there is no increase in secretion while chewing, eating.
You are getting correct line of treatment.
No need to use Hydrogen peroxide if there is no infection as this can cause the trauma to the freshly progressive granulation tissue.
No need of warm compresses as it is 2 days old.
You may clean the wound and area around with Liquid povidone Iodine and keep dry sterile gauze.
Also take multivitamins as they all act as an antioxidants and helps healing faster and better.
Give it a small time, do not fondle, the facial wounds heal faster as compared to those at other parts of body.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

how do I use the guaze? pack the wound or no? bandaid? the area is very sore and sensitive. is that common? also, there is a small red streak below the wound. not sure if it was visible 8m the picture. should I be concerned of ongoing infection if on antibiotics? is it okay to use mild soap that is nonscented on the wound? the flesh has not dried out, is that a concern? is a week decent recovery time?
