Thanks Shanthi for your reply.
In the past 2 weeks at alternate days, I am facing this problem. The pain is very light during day times but heavy when I wake up in the morning. Also having little pain in left chest at times but not always.
Is this anything I should concern about my health ?

Brief Answer:
not concerning but get an elective ECG done
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The pain is likely to be due to costochondritis. It should subside soon.
This is not very concerning. However, you can get an elective ECG done to make sure everything is fine with your heart.
Nothing else to be done as of now.
