You have observed correctly to make perfect compliant.
It is perfectly to sun exposure. Which has produced photo sensitivity in you.
Your observation thst it not there earlier could be due ongoing reaction time.
I suggest you to go for long acting sun screen and moderate potent steroids creams at night.
Please adhere to full sleeves and you will feel better.
You may consult your nearest drmatologist for a better assessment and management.
