Brief Answer:
If there is abdomen pain or constipation after 3 days then consult doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
If the prune pit was swallowed accidentally and you did not cough when it was ingested then it has made its way to the stomach through the esophagus. The narrowest part of the oesophagus is in the neck region and most people get cough it anything like a prune pit gets stuck.

Since the prune pit you swallowed has not caused any cough therefore it has entered the stomach and will be eliminated in stools after 2 to 3 days.

If you have any pain in the abdomen in the next few days and are having any constipation then you should consult your doctor.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
