Should be determined by the pacemaker!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this atrial fibrillation. I will like to know if there has been any recent changes in the value of this blood pressure or this is how it has been. If there is a recent change accompanied with symptoms of low blood pressure like dizziness, fatigue, vertigo, etc, I will suggest you get her to the doctors for consultation and management immediately.
The pulse rate has t be set and is dictated by the pace maker. This is should normally be around 70. It will be nice to ask her cardiologist what the set value was for her as it is no longer controlled by the body but by the installed pacemaker. It has a set minimum and maximum value.
In all, if these values are consistent over a time frame and she has no symptoms, then there is no emergency. The heart rate should be a constant and not a variable any longer.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for clarifications if need be.
