Brief Answer:
As soon as the scar heals and the discharge ends.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

If your cesarean scar has healed completely and there is no vaginal discharge, you can go ahead with your swimming classes now since you have the six weeks time margin completed. Please do not exercise heavily until your doctor clears you for it.

Swimming does not put any pressure on the joints and can be done as soon as possible. It also helps to shed the excess weight gain, if any, from the pregnancy. Meanwhile, you can also start working on the tone of the pelvic floor and lower abdomen. Start with time intervals of ten minutes at a sitting and not more initially and build it up gradually.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
