When Can One Try To Concieve After Hysteroscopy And Laparoscopy?
Question: Hi. I had an operative hysteroscopy and laparoscopy on the 10th of this month. For adhesions removal. Have attached my report. I was given 6estrogen for 10 days and 10mg progesterone+6 mg oestrogen for another 10 days. No iud or balloon was placed. Then wait for cycle to end.
My question is: when can we start trying to conceive again. And if any further tests are required.

2. The fibroids have been removed by Laparoscopic myomectomy.
3. The main worry is that intrauterine adhesions might recur.
4. You can try naturally for next 3 months. If you dont conceive go for IUI directly without wasting much time.
5. Meanwhile get semen analysis done for your husband.

I was advised to take the estrigen progesterone combo for 2 cycles intially, then it was changed. So it will b of no concern to try again so soon? Or would it b advisable to continue hormone for another month
