When Is It Safe To Conceive After An Abortion?

There is of course a party & its people (trying) to solve the problems of Aam Aadmi.
I am a 27 year old wife awaiting to be a mother with regular menstrual cycle.
My last pregnancy was unfortunately advised to be terminated by the gynaec due to their impression after my 4 weeks pregnancy US scan which is as follows. Small & irregular gestational sac with yolk seen in fundus & right ovary corpus luteam. I was prescribed mifeprin 200mg & misoprost 200. My abortion went well & scan was clear. When can we try for baby again?? Its been 4 months since that unfortunate abortion. We have been regularly indulging in sex but I havent yet conceived. How long does it take to subside the effects of those pills.

For conception you should
- have sex on alternate days from 10-18th day of your cycle which are called the fertile days
- take your thyroxine dose daily
