Brief Answer:
Hello dear. 7 days minimum are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM.
Clopidogrel or plavix is an antiplatelet drug.
Since the life of platelets cell is 7 days..a minimum of 7 days is required after stopping plavix , before you can go for an invasive procedure or any procedure expected to cause some loss of blood.
However, as plavix is a life saving drug, you must consult your physician before actually stopping it on your own
Thanks and regards

Other medication I am on are
Plendil 10mg one a day
Atenonol 50mg twice a day
Lisinopril 10mg once a day
Omeprazole 20mg once a day
Bezide 2.5mg a day

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Daily plavix is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
For effective antiplatelet effect, daily use of plavix is recommend.
However, you should change omeprazole with esomeprazole as esomeprazole has better effect in reducing ulcer ans simultaneously doest not inhibit the effect of plavix.
Take esomeprazole at morning and plavix at night.
Thanks and regards
