Brief Answer:
Ferrous ascorbate or iron ascorbate.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Iron supplements contain various salts of iron. The organic salts of iron are better tolerated and lead to lesser stomach upset. Iron ascorbate (available in brands like Ferium XT, Orofer XT etc.) causes the least stomach upset in my opinion. Other salts like ferrous fumarate can also be used if that is not available.

Depending upon the severity of stomach upset you can also opt for parenteral preparations wherein iron injection is mixed with 100 ml or 500 ml of normal saline and given intravenously. The stomach upset is least in such cases.
