White Patches On Labia Majora, No Blood Flow, Cracking Skin, Soreness

Thanks for the query
White lesions on vulva can be due to squamous hyperplasia , lichen sclerosis , HPV ,leukoplakia etc.
Any systemic disease can also cause these type of lesions like diabetes , hepatitis , chronic renal disease , psoriasis etc.
As you are in your menopausal age so there must an atrophy of vulva and skin cracks along with the disease.
Lichen sclerosus causes stenosis of vagina and it is usually benign.
Leukoplakia vulva is also benign but can be premalignant also so needs biospy to rule out the changes in the cells.
Vulval colposcopy using acetic acid is done to rule out any malignant changes.
Treatment of all these conditions is topical low potency steroids application.
It is better to consult a dermatologist as well as gynaec oncologist.
Hope i have answered your query.I will be available for follow up.
Wishing you good health
