Question: I am scheduled for sinus surgery in 7 hours. Started running a fever about 8pm. Incredible sinus pain. Think sinus infection never completely healed. Will I be able to have the surgery? My fever is u ppl to 101

I have gone through your query; and I personally suggest to you that you may go for the surgery, if sinus infection is progressive. You can be taken up for surgery under an antibiotic cover. Post operatively the antibiotics should be able to cover for any infection that might be leading to this fever.
