Brief Answer:
Chances of recovery decrease with time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

How long has been your right leg paralysed?Chances of recovery decrease as the time duration from the time of injury increases.
However, only the coming time(probably a few months) will tell about the recovery.Dedicated physiotherapy exercises along with medicines should be continued with patience.Effects will come gradually.Nothing magical is going to happen overnight.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
