Brief Answer:
no you will not ovulate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
As you are a case of PCOS already and there is already a hyperandrogenic milieu inside the ovaries which prevent the normal follicular growth and hence often cause anovulatory cycles in PCOS which is the most common cause of infertility these days.

Your concern about regular intake of contraceptive pills , the low dose pills which you may have been prescribed to regulate the cycles, are infact capable of preventing ovulation completely if taken regularly as they don't allow the LH surge by keeping the oestrogen levels low. The prime aim of oc pill treatment in PCOS is t regulate the menstrual cycle by re-establishing the hormonal milieu after a treatment for 6 months at least, along with weight reduction and diet advises and often insulinogenic drug like metformin to decrease insomnia resistance in PCOS women.
I hope i have answered your query in detail,
You are not likely to ovulate on contraceptive pills if regular.
