Dilaudid contains hydromorphone- an opioid. It is not likely to be affected by taking marijuana - Cannabis simultaneously. A drug test can detect both of them individually as well as when they are used together.
It is best not to combine the use of two as it causes extreme anxiety, shivers, numbness, tingling, temporary schizophrenia, Shortness in breath, and possibly death.
