Will Taking Dexona For 9 Days Cause Weight Gain?

Question: Hi Dr, i took dexona tablets , 1 tablet each a day for 9 days for cough problem, i didn't knew that it is a steroid, i already have a bad experience of gaining weight by taking betnesol, and working hard to lose weight, so now i just got to know that dexona contains steroid, so want to know whether i will gain more weight now on.

And weight gain is the side effect of steroid if it is taken for long term (more than 2-3 months).

Actually Dr i got this medicine over the counter at a pharmacy, i felt better when i started taking it, when the problem was not much i stopped and yesterday night was the last when i took this tablet, it was 0.2 mg tab.
