Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to healthcare magic!
15kgs weight gain in a year is absolutely unacceptable because it would bring the associated complications of rapid gain like hypertension, diabetes, joint pains and osteoarthritis, lipid disorder and other distant cousins of these evils.
You told about night duties, please give a bit more details about yourself whether excessively eating also, whether taking junk foods like fast foods and fried foods. WHAT ABOUT EXCERCISES, HOW REGULAR IS YOUR LIFE OTHERWISE.
wHETHER YOU DRINK/SMOKE ALSO AND WHETHER THERE IS ANY FAMILY HISTORY OF OBESITYIN FAMILY.
Please put a follow up query with these details.
I hope you would get benefited with my advise.
Wish you a good health.
