Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in.
Thsse pimples can be furuncles, scabies, tinea infection.
Also I would like to know -
Since how long you had this?
Is it Itchy?Painful?
does it discharge pus?
what is its color like?
Any family member affected with same condition?
Can you upload photos of affected skin in good light?
Please upload photos and answer the above questions to help you better.
Meanwhile if these are the pustules you can apply T bact ointment over it.
Hope this helps.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the details.
Ive gone through your photo.
It appears to be folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection of hair follicle caused by bacteria called staphylococcus aureus.
Treatment consists of oral and topical antibiotics. And oral analgesic anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen.
please apply Fudic cream over the affected area.
Also if you are getting these lesions repeatedly then a blood work up is needed.
Total blood count and blood sugar levels would be advisable.
Hope ive cleared your query.
If you need any further clarification do let me know.
regards.
