Would Clindamycin Affect Urine Test Results?

Question: question on February 10 I took clindamycin 300 mg 1 capsule for 5 days I did my urine test on March 9 for gonorrhea and chlamydia the medication I took before wouldn't have affected my test results ?

And would valtrex affect my syphilis test at 5 months I took valtrex for 5 days prior to my test
