Brief Answer:
These symptoms are unrelated to lung carcinoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.

No need to worry. Symptoms of lung carcinoma are cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, loss of weight etc. Your symptoms seems unrelated to it. Your symptoms seems related to orthopedics and seems not of serious nature. An orthopedician review can be taken but does not seem urgency

Thanks and regards
