What Does Pain In Right Shoulder With Pain Right Finger Indicate?
Question: I am 40 years male and i have been pain in my right shoulder and some time right ring finger when i wakeup from bed. After taking MRI of Cervical spine the following observations were found:-
Loss of normal cervical lordosis noted
Disc desiccation noted at the entire visualized cervical level
Anterior ostephytic lippings noted at the level of C4 to C6 vertebral bodies
Mild annular disc bulge noted at the level of C4-C5 & C5-C6 causing compression on anterior CSF column without significant neurological compromise.
Kindly suggest me what i do.

Pain in right shoulder with pain right finger , in your case appears to be due to early cervical spondylosis .
May i suggest you to
1. Take some ANALGESIC+ MUSCLE RELAXANT combination for 2/3 weeks .
2. As per your MRI report , no surgical intervention is required .
3. You can take some PREGABALIN / METHYCOBAL combination, if symptoms still persist .
4 . Do some regular physiotherapy & exercises .
5 You can apply local analgesic gel for symptomatic relief .
6 Avoid heavy pillows .
7. Avoid watching tv/reading while lying down

This has been continuing last 8-9 years. When i wake-up pain is started and its continuing for next day. In some days i can't move my hand smoothly even i can't wear my shirt smoothly, if i lift my hand up side i can't do down. Maximum its occurs after deep sleep at night. I am using very light pillow. In MRI report says Mild annular disc bulge noted at the level of C4-C5 & C5-C6 causing compression on anterior CSF column without significant neurological compromise. When the pain is started i can't do exercise. Kindly advice me

CHRONIC pain over shoulder & hand is not a cause for major concern .
Continue with physiotherapy sessions / treatment as advised .
Please confirm from your orthopedician if you have any frozen shoulder etc.
You can try taking some combinations like CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE+ AMITRYPTYLLINE etc.
Mild disc bulges don't require any intervention .
