Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for asking a question to H.C.M.F.
Your one month old daughter is throwing up milk, after feeds, some times. She was given hepatitis B vaccination day before.
You are using domstal syrup .6 ml every 6 hours. Since yesterday she didn't have stools. and is crying frequently.
The cry may be due to abdominal pain of not passing stools.
AS the child is a neonate it is always better to use the drugs after consulting the doctor. I advise you to consult a pediatric specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best wishes.

General & Family Physician Dr. Luchuo Engelbert Bain's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
It is usual for the child to experience some malaise, fever and vomiting at times after a vaccine. These symptoms however should fade out 3 to 4 days later. The general health condition of the child could however should be monitored. I suggest you use simple Acetaminophen for the moment. But if the symptoms persist a few days after, it could be worthwhile to consult a doctor. But for now, I suggest you stay calm but watchful.
Thanks and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
