11 Months Ago I Went Into Afib Requiring My Heart

11 months ago I went into Afib requiring my heart being shocked back into rhythm. Since then I have experienced bouts of extreme dizziness, nausea, and lethargy. I cannot find a sleep disorder with these symptoms but I firmly believe it is sleep related as the only thing that will help in subsiding these symptoms is to take a nap. Sometimes it is only a small nap of 10-15 minutes, other times I sleep for 2-4 hours. It happens at different times of the day and night and presents itself regardless of the amount of sleep I get at night. I have seen my family doctor regarding this and he diagnosed me with a panic disorder but I believe it was only because he didn't have an answer for me. The medication he prescribed only added to these symptoms. It is having a negative effect on my work and my personal relationship. Please advise...
