SINCE THERE ARE NO ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS, THIS POINTS TOWARDS SOME GASTRIC DISTURBANCE. CHECK OUT IF SHE HAVE ANY UPPER STOMACH ( EPIGASTRIC) PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. TRY SIMPLE ANTACIDS OR CONSULT YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR.
THANK YOU.
hi,thanks for query. In young boys and girls this is now a days common due to improper diet intake. Some binge eating and cold drinks can add to the problem. In most of the cases like this some gastric discomfort seems to be the cause.Ask her to avoid high fat food, give her light diet and antacid that you have.Avoid excessive physical exertion for couple of days if she is not comfortable. In case the problem persists please visit your doctor for further advise.
wishing her good health.
