Hi Jennifer, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your Daughter's history suggest either:
1.) Gastroenteritis
2.)
Urinary Tract Infection
3.) Viral Infection
4.) Appendicitis
Take her to a ER immediately, so that the Doctors there can examine her and run few tests and
Ultrasound scan of abdomen, to rule out the exact cause. Once confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause, she will be prescribed antibiotics and anti pyretics. See to it that she sticks to her treatment plan and take her for regular follow up.
In the meantime at home:
1.) Give her hourly tepid sponging, this will bring down her temperature
2.) Let her take adequate rest
3.) Give her plenty of fluids
4.) Let her eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, once she recovers, for early and speedy recovery.
I Wish her Good Health.
Take Care.
