13 Year Old With Dark Spots On The Legs. Treatment?

Hi doc. I m 13 years old only and i have dark spots on my legs because of mosquito bites. when i was 2 years old or older, i already got this spots. but now that I m teenager already, it is still there and the biggest problem is that I m not able to wear shorts or dresses because of this dark spots. How can i treat this? Please help. I want to wear shorts as soon as possible.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
apply Kojic cream daily on your legs on affected area.
Apply some moisturizing cream on the part as well.
Take bath with Glycerine soap like Neko.
take some vitamin A, D, E. medicine.
