Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, your first issue had congenital heart defects.
You should take little extra care, visit your Gynecologist and explain details to him/her and take any medicine with the advise of your doctor and take care of diet and overall health.
Now a days it is possible to get a Fetal Echocardiography done to detect any heart defects or to know normal development is taking place.
There are certain test which can detect of can guide possibility of any kind of defect, like Triple or Quad test.
If any thing is suspected proper treatment or best possible advise may be given.
If every thing is fine you will have normal outcome.
Best of Luck.
Take care.
