Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Could be related to a strained muscle and lack of regular physical activity, especially considering the fact that you are overweight.

Coming to this point, I recommend having some rest and taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the pain.

If this problem repeats, I would recommend performing an exercise cardiac stress test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
