15 Month Old Child, Sneezing, Mild Flu. Alerid, Sinarest Given. Suggestions?

Hi doctor my baby is 15 months old and he was having viral since saturday night but from yesterday no fever.
My question is from today he is sneezing and got little bit flu.I have given my baby Alerid 2ml and sinarest 0.ml two times. Is this dose is adequate for 10 kg baby or have to increase little bit?Why he got flu ?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

The dose of Sinarest has not been clearly mentioned and the dose of Alerid is fine.

It is very common for children from 1 year of age till about 5-6 years to have frequent attacks of upper respiratory tract infection as they build their immunity. Hence you need not worry about this flu infection.
