16 Years Old Male Suffering From Severe Chest Pain

16 years old male, height 172 cm, weight 52 kg heart/ chest pain . Hi, I m 16 years old male, my height is 172 cm, weight - 52 kg. Yesterday evening I felt pain in the chest, and sometimes the heart area, which lasted about an hour. I drank the heart drops and consumed two tablets of nitroglycerin. The pain slightly resolved, but the rest of the evening has remained low - average pain. Now in the morning I again felt pain in heart and I drank the heart drobs again, it seems that the pain is gone. After about 7 hours 10 minutes in the morning and have measured the systolic blood pressure were 90 and 63 diastolic, and pulse 71 As for me and sometimes hurt the heart, but most of the pain was less severe and short-term. from the history,it seems to be non cardaic chest pain.
you can take mild analgesic like acetaminophen.
but even if you are in doubt,better to undergo for EKG.
That will clarify the cause

it looks like non cardiac chest pain.but as an emergency physician i should my option is MI unless proved otherwise.So,u should go to near by emergency and should take an ECG.if any tenderness,cough is there then u should go for an X ray.if both are normal its due to musculoskeletal pain u can take mild analgesic like paracetamol.

Have you got any heart problem? who is suggested heart drops or nitroglycerine as it should not be used unless prescribed by an expert.
If you have doubt about heart problem consult cardiology and get evaluation done.
