19 Yo Son Is Scheduled For Sinus Surgery Next Week.

19 yo son is scheduled for sinus surgery next week. Had PATs today and nurse noted enalrged lymph nodes on both sides of the neck, both arms and his side, and some of them are bruised. He has been on 3 different antibiotics in the past month for sinus infections. What are possible causes and should he continue with sinus surgery?
