2 days ago I was driving and got really scared when a car nearly hit me, ever since my heartbeat has been a bit accelerated. I find myself out of breath even when I'm just going to the bathroom. The accelerated heartbeat makes me feel a bit nauseous as if I had just worked out. Please help
