2 Year Child, Zit Like Bumps Where Foreskin Connects, Bump Full Of White Stuff. Any Ideas?

Hi, I have a 2 year old son that was never circumcised, I do my best to pull the foreskin back and clean the area when I change his diaper and bath him but he still gets small zit like bumps where the foreskin connects, the dr. said this was normal and not to worry about it, but tonight I noticed a very large bump that was full of the white stuff (it's harder than pus but not solid) should I be worried?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

There is no problem with the large bumps that you have noticed. This is collection of sebaceous secretions and is of no significance. They shall disappear on their own with passage of time.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your son all the best.

Regards,
