2 Year Old Son With A Rash And It Looks Worse When He Gets Up In The Mornings
Hi my 2 year old son has what looks like a red mottled rash on his arms and legs ,it s not a constant rash as it comes and goes, it looks worse when he gets up in the mornings it doesn t seem to bother him and he hasn t been ill and no high fever ,what could it be ?

It seems to be like an allergic rash. May be because of worms in abdomen.
You may give him Syrup Levocetrizine 5ml ast bedtime and also perform deworming by giving two tablets of Albendazole 15 days apart with meals.
