2 Years Ago Had Endoscopic CTR Surgery Both Hands. About

2 years ago had endoscopic CTR surgery both hands. About 2 months ago started having localized pain on R. Wrist at the joint. Over last 3 weeks the pain has become severe, limited ROM, mvmnt of thumb causes pain, now index and middle finger also. Painful with movement, and to the touch. Pain radiates up forearm and is beginning to prevent me from daily activities like brushing teeth, washing my hair. At rest pain level 3 or 4 daily, certain movements or use of hand can increase pain level to 8. Eventually, slowly pain will start to decrease. What should be done.
