20 Year Old With Back Pain After Exertion. Muscle Pains. How Can I Become Strong?

good evening doctor ,my name is sheela ,of 20 yrs old i am studing medicine course in bishkek ,every year i visit to india to see my family ,as i am having a big family my mother is having a plenty of work so i use to do all of the work ,daily i will wash so many clothes by sitting for 1hr and 30 mins due to this heavy work i got back pain i am not able to sleep straightly on bed so i am sleeping side ways .i neglected this pain,though i know the reason as it is my responsibilty to do for mom .after completing my holidays i came to bishkek right now i am here ,now i am not having heavy pain,but i will bend somewhat i am getting pain,and i am easily exhausting .and i am geting muscle pains heavily .plz say me how to relieve this pain ,hoe to become strong even after doing heavy work?what is the food i should prefer.

I have studied your case

Your are probably suffering from muscle sprain ,due to stting and doing work in particular unucostumed position.

You can relieve your spasm by taking analgesic with muscle relaxant.

For strengthening your back muscle you can do back exercises daily , yoou can learn them from physiotherapist.

I advise you to check your VIT B12 AND VIT D3 levels.

DIET- take high protien diet[sprouts,milk ,cheese, avoid junk and bakery items,
drink 3-4 litre water daily
