20 Years Old, Had Early Puberty, Masturbating. Any Chances Of Height Improvement ?
I m now 20 years old and I feel really worried about my height. I m not tall compared to my friends and my dad as well. A doctor said that I experienced an early puberty and now I m suffering from that. Could you tell me whether I have a chance to improve my height or not. By the way, does masturbation ( not much ) have any impact on my height growth? Thanks.

Hi thanks for your question.One most important thing in history you have not mentioned is your sex.Early puberty has nothing to do with your height.
your 20 years old ,and you have anther 2to 3 years, for your growth,your height can increase till you attain age of 23 years as epiphysis of long bone fuses at the age of 22 to 23 years which are responsible for height ,after which there is no increase in height.
Masturbation has to do nothing with your height,
