21 Month Baby, Fever, Loss Of Appetite, Vomiting, Diaper Rash. Treatment?

Grandaughter has been sick since yesterday. She is almost 21 months. Yesterdays fever was 101.5, taken under the arm. Today she is slightly warm, we haven't taken the temp, but not hot like she felt 24 hours ago. She wont eat or drink, not for a lack of trying, and we have noticed diaper rash when we change her. She is very tired but fights sleep and when she does fall to sleep its not for long. She has thrown up once today. We have given her infants Pedia Care for the fever but that's even hard to get into her as it appears it bothers her to swallow.

I can understand your concern.

You should take your baby to the emergency and get her examined by a paediatrician.
She has certain danger signs like vomiting, poor feeding and excessive sleepiness.
Please do not neglect in view of her age group and take her to the paediatrician.
