21 Year Old Male, Lump In Center Of Chest, Moving In Nature. What Could Be This?

Hi. I had a health question and I hope I can explain this correctly but I have a lump almost in the dead center of my chest it's like an inch to the right..i have had this for maybe a year? I am unsure of when I got it to be honest it is hard and about the size of the nickel and it seems to move around freely and not be attached if you point me in the right direction that would be great... oh and I am 21 years old male I currently do not have health insurance but I just want to know if I should be worried or not or whether to just bite the bullet and get it checked out...

DEAR SIR AS U HAVE EXPLAINED ABOUT THE LUMP, IT MAY BE A LIPOMA (A LOCALISED COLLECTION OF FAT CELLS,NON MALIGNANT IN NATURE). BUT IT WOULD BE WISER TO GO FOR A NEEDLE BIOPSY/FNAC AND GET THE DIAGNOSIS CONFIRMED.
IN CASE OF IT BEING A LIPOMA, NOTHING HAS TO BE DONE UNLESS IT PAINS, INCREASES IN SIZE OR FOR COSMETIC REASONS.
