23 Years Old Getting Acute Leg Ache And Tiredness

hi i am shamita, I am 23yrs young,I have slipped somewhere i don t know where i slipped my leg is paining so much that i cant walk,i cant go to lavatory,if i sit i cant stand properly. i feel so tired now a days, As i am staying in paying guest,the food is not provided properly,is that a problem for my paining and tiredness? My left leg below the knee and above the foot. i feel so tired. pls can u suggest me what s happening for me?

Hello Shamita,
Welcome to healthcare magic.After you fell down, if you happen to see swelling by that area or redness and pain of course, about which you mentioned, i would suggest get an X-ray done. The X-ray is just to confirm, the joints/ bones are intact.Probably, it could be soft tissue injury or about the ligament which takes some time to get healed. Meanwhile start on pain killers along with a PPIs like pantoprazole 1 tab a day. You may also take a muscle relaxant. But better get yourself checked by an orthopedician.
