Height is primarily determined by genetics though environmental factors like diet, exercise and illness can play a small role.
There is an area at the end of the long bones ( the bones in the arms , forearms , legs and thigh) that is involved in adding new bone in childhood and adolescence.
At the end of adolescence this area changes so that it is no longer possible to add any new bone. This is the reason growth hormone excess in child results in excess height and growth hormone excess in adults result in a condition called agromegaly that is associated with increased tissue such as increase size of nose, forehead, fingers.
At your age , it would not be possible to increase your height. It is thought the exercises in yoga and pilates may help optimise present height.
I hope this helps
