3 Surgeries Om Ankle. Removed Spurs, Second Fusion Invasive. Fracture In Foot. Any Ideas ?

My husband went in to see Dr. AAAAA about his ankle and he did 3 surgeries;
1. Dr. did a laproscopic on his ankle and removed spurs in his ankle.
2. Dr. did a fusion which didn't work and made him wait a year before seeing him again.
3. Second fusion was invasive and now he has a fracture in his foot somewhere.
4. How good is this Dr.

Hi, there is no measure to identify how good is the doctor. because there are so many factors to make the surgery successful. like post operative care, physiotherapy, the problems after opening for surgery, lastly the misuse of the scalpel.
It appears that he has ostoporosis as well . any how he must see the orthopedic surgeon again. Thank you.
