3 Year Baby, Fever For A Week. Taken Medication, No Improvement. Advice?

hello, my baby is 3 year old.
she has a fever since last 1 week. In first few days fever comes only in evening and by giving a normal dose of calpol ,its comes down. but since last two days the fever become persistence ,calpol is not effective, we are giving a combiflame sirup. the fever is too high approx 102.5.
we have done complete hemogram and CRP and malarisl prasite and typhide.

I have given the medicice as suggested by doctor. but all have no effect.
currently i am giving her syp augmentim DDS -5 ml -2times
syp combifeam 8 ml after 6hours
syps ventorlive 4 ml

Hi,
It seems that her all reports are normal.
But now as she is on higher antibiotic, within a day or two she will start showing signs of improvement.
Continue with medicines.
Give her plenty of water.
give her light diet.
Ok and take care.
