3 Year Old Having An Abnormal Liver Function In The Blood Report. Could This Be Due To Poor Eating Habits?

My 3 year old grandson hasn t been well lately and the doctor ordered a blood test . It has come back with an abnormal liver function but at this stage we do not have the results to look out. We are being referred to a paediatrician next week but it is hard not to worry. Looking at the internet sites makes are more worried. Could it be his diet as he is not a good eater?

What is the color of eyes and urine?
