3 Year Old Having Blocked Nose, Throat Congestion And Fever. Taking Dolo, Bricarex And Mega-cv Syrup. Need Medication For Blocked Nose
Hi, My Son will be 3years this december - he is currently having blocked nose , throat congestion and fever flux 99-100 - we are giving him Mega-cv syrup , Bricarex-A syrup and Dolo 256mg. Its been two days so far and fever is still not under control. Blocked nose is still there - can you suggest anything for blocked nose

As per your description, the child is having upper respiratory tract infection (pharyngitis). have you shown him to a pediatrician? starting drugs without prescription is not right. from the drugs name, it seems you have strated him on paracetamol, some cough syrup contatining terbutalline and perhaves antibiotics too (amoxy+clav). still the fever is not controlled and he is having blocked nose. I would advise you to check with a pediatrician first for proper check up.
As per your query..for blocked nose... try NASOCLEAR drops its contain normal saline. put 1 drop in each nostril 3 - 4 times a day.

For the nose, simply use Normal Saline nose drops / alternatively, you can try over-thecounter nose drops (child strength)
