3 Year Old Kid, Suffering From Fever, Stomach Pain. Taking Dolodart, Meftal, Paracetemol. Suggestions?

Hello Doctor,

My son is 3 years old. He has 102F fever. We have given him Dolodart at 9pm fever had come down but by 1am it was 102F again. His weight it is 11kg. we have given him 4ml of meftal p and 2.5ml of paracetemol. applying wet cloth to the forehead as well. he complains of stomach ache as well. anything else can be done at this time. I am greatful to you Sir. please suggest

i can feel your concerns


i advise you to consult your doctor for clinical examination and find out any focus of infection

i wantto know if he has diarrohea or vomiting

has he taken something rotten or something from market?

i advise you to continue paracetamol and ibuprofen for fever

you can give these medicines 6 hourly

tapid water sponging also helpful

i advise you to deworm him after consulting your doctor.

give him soft diet

avoid spicy and junk food
give him plenty of fluids
