Dear Sir Thanks for your query to HCmagic. Theoretically yes, thiazide group of drugs (natrilix, indapamide) is associated with erectile dysfunction (ED, impotency). Other anti-hypertensive like beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, clonidine and methyl-dopa have also been reported to be associated with ED. However, the incidence is not high and often it is not possible to establish a definite role of drugs in this. In fact some of the authorities do not agree that beta-blockers (most commonly implicated drugs) can cause ED. Relax! Go ahead for your medicine with a clear mind, because mostly it is your thinking rather than the drug. Sincerely
