30mins Of Shivering Followed By High Fever At Night. What Could This Be ?
last 5 days my mom shivers for 30 mins followed by fever after night meal . what could this be ? we ve got a malaria test done & other blood & urine test all negative.

Hi well come to Hcm.
Shivering and fever both can be in any infection.Even hidden abscess like liver
abscess, splenic abscess can give rise to this.Even malaria report if partly treated
may be negative in spite of having malaria or when blood collected when no parasite
in circulation.same thing with urine if done after giving antibiotic. so if no responce
to medicine will have to investigate her further as per your Doctora advise. Thanks
